Visited this location this week. Extremely disappointed. I was looking forward to having a new walk-in clinic in the neighbourhood. Hard to understand the receptionist. Upon arrival not asked to fill out a history form- surprised. Took my vital with a unit which was not cleaned after each use. While I made an appointment, had a lengthy wait. The doctor, didn’t introduce himself - fine. Didn’t want to listen to concerns. I was a bother in his day. I found him to be rude and lack of any compassion for a patient that had an issue. I left with no answers to my concerns. Ordered a prescription for an OTC drug - why? The pharmacist took time to process an OTC drug. I believe he tried to put the drug through my medical plan which was declined. Bad experience - I would not recommend this location. Maybe with time the location will improve.
I had an appointment with doctor for the first time For 2 pm and waited there until 2:45 then left the clinic with out seeing the doctor. The worst place ever
Guys This is a local pharmacy with truly kind and caring staff who genuinely understand their patients’ needs. I’ve known Denise for about 4–5 years, and she has always taken great care of me, making sure my insulin is ready on time. Mary Ann who I call the smiley face always greets me with a warm smile, and Sandra is incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. I don’t have insurance and pay cash, and Sandra always understands and makes sure I get fair pricing on my medications. This morning I called in urgently because I was almost out of meds. She had everything ready quickly, and even went above and beyond by authorizing one medication and sending the prescription request to my doctor. Within an hour, I got the call that everything was ready. You don’t find courteous, compassionate service like this anymore in Toronto. Thank you, pretty Sandra ❤️ and thank you to Denise, Mary Ann, and the entire team.
