My parents have been going here for over 30 years Never ever had any issues with delivery or communication of service of any kind. The pharmacists were amazing. About two years ago it changed ownership/pharmacist. It;s been a disaster ever since. schedule delivery of meds come days later. when someone answers the phone they are not able to answer definitively and pass the phone on to others many times in one call. Sooo frustrating bc they are the community pharmacy. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL
I recently transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy from Shopper drug mart due to poor customer service. So far they have been very polite and helpful. I had to fill a prescription today under very stressful circumstances and they were very patient and treated me with dignity. I look forward to working with them in the future.
your customer is not responsible for your expired product. i bought something and a minute after i saw its expired when i went back they even didn’t apologize. what if someone ate this that its already expired 8 months ago and get sick?! they told me you have to choose something else we don’t refund!!
Yesterday afternoon, after having to leave work at mid-day because of a very persistent cough, I stopped in to ask for advice. The pharmacist came and spent a few minutes enquiring and assessing, then recommended a specific cough syrup which I bought and used. I started on time this morning and worked the full 8 hours. Many thanks!!
Manager is a nice person and would like to help but other people work there don’t understand what you are telling them! I called them and tell 3 times that I have to pick up the medications at 11 am, and it’s 11:26 and I’m still waiting! And late to my appointment at 1200.. ridiculous
Please never go to this pharmacy ever. If you care about your health. My mom had called in a prescription and she had asked when they were open till. They told her 7pm. We got there at 6pm to find they were closed. My mom is diabetic and had zero medication. How unreliable. If I could give zero stars, I would. Very incompetent. Will never use this pharmacy for as long as both my mother and I are alive.
