I came hear many time they tell me we accept walk-in on Saturday when ever on Saturday I come thy say we don’t accept new ur not register what is this when I come first time on that day they tell me that we don’t accept u but they don’t tell me on that day they wast my time the Reseptionist is not giving right details
I walked in today for my vaccine. The staff was so pleasant and caring. It was a pleasure. I live too far to make this my regular pharmacy. If you’re in the neighbourhood this should be your pharmacy.
This pharmacy has terrible customer service and business practices They don’t have hours listed and always have customers waiting for them in the morning. I had the misfortune of buying a product that, according to a sign posted in the pharmacy, would be 100% refunded if I was not satisfied. When I tried to get a refund, I was bounced back and forth between the pharmacy and the distributor because the pharmacy wanted a monetary compensation from the distributor. They wouldn’t accept a replacement product that the distributor initially offered. After the distributor agreed to pay them, the pharmacy called me in only to give me 60% of what I paid. When the distributor followed up with them, they claimed I had to ask for a particular person to get the refund. When I tried to call ahead to make sure the person was there, I was told they worked “Monday Morning”. The Monday they were referring to was Thanksgiving, so I didn’t bother wasting a fourth trip to the pharmacy. Thankfully there is a Gaurdian Pharmacy and Shoppers Pharmacy close by, so I recommend you go there.
