They answer all my questions about the prescriptions the doctors submit and call me promptly when my prescriptions are ready for pick-up. I really appreciate the competency, service, and kindness I receive at this pharmacy from these three individuals.
Used this pharmacy because of its proximity to our home, but we had constant issues. Poor communication, incredibly unprofessional staff, and your medications are never ready on time. If you want decent service, ask to speak to the pharmacist directly.
If you value attention to detail, efficiency or reliability, I do not recommend this pharmacy. Multiple times I've called ahead to get a prescription refilled, go hours later to pick it up, only to find they don't have it in stock and didn't inform me. This may be the most conveniently located pharmacy in the neighbourhood, but the service is anything but convenient. Their hours are extremely limited, it appears they have no organization system (when I give my name it takes no less than five minutes to find my prescription the rare times they've actually filled it), and have consistent outages on common medications.
