As a family member of a mental disorder patient is stressful already . To coordinate or communicate with Romana is a nightmare! I left message last Friday to discuss the upcoming arrangements for my brother’s medication, I did not get any reply . I left message again today ( Tuesday) and finally someone called me back. I tried to explain that the doctor has faxed in a new prescription and now increased to 450mg daily and we would like all 100mg tabs and we will cut the pills ourselves. Then the “pharmacist “ started accusing me changing the prescription/ dosage?! She insisted to give him 2 vials , one for 100mg, one for 25mg. If I insist on only getting all pills in 100mg is wrong and confusing for everyone! In addition, she suggested me to transfer my brother to another pharmacy!!!! What kind of customer service is that? They may be good to regular customers? But I have to say they really don’t about patients with mental illness and ignore the request of their families!? Fon
I’m always impressed with the service at Romana Pharmacy. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to assist with any questions. I’ve never had to wait long for prescriptions, and they always go the extra mile to make sure I’m well taken care of. Definitely a go-to pharmacy!
Horrible experience. Every experience was unpleasant and frightening. I fear for the clients of this pharmacy. I began having anxiety attacks before every visit because my medications are important and whenever they made a mistake they woud not apologize but would blame my doctor or myself for the issues. I've been trying to use this pharmacy for 8 months. They refused to give me my prescribed medications on multiple occasions. Most every time they did not have the medications I needed. Sometimes they would give me the wrong medication or quantity. I'm extremely disturbed by their professionalism and customer service. I believe they may be causing significant harm to their clients. Do not use this pharmacy if your value your own safety.
This pharmacy is really the best. I called to refill a prescription and it was delivered on time as promised within a few hours (I live outside of the GTA). The pharmacist even remembered me and asked how my treatment was going. Really great staff!
