My phone was stolen at the front end check out...nevertheless the employees were on top of it. I was freaking out and to be honest I cried a bit. Less than an hour my husband and daughter received a call from shoppers saying they have my phone. Somehow they managed to retrieved my phone by taking some very important steps. Thanks a million!!! Job well done service touched my heart. Losing my phone wasn't the problem, I have some priceless pics in my phone. Kindness really does go a long way I will definitely pass it forward!
I don’t even understand why this Pharmacy even offers appointments for “minor illnesses”. I booked an appointment online for something that met the criteria for a minor illness and when I went to check in, the Pharmacist did not ask one question about my symptoms. He was very rude and unprofessional and immediately told me to go see a doctor. I understand if after doing an assessment, he thought it would be better that I saw a doctor, but not asking me anything and completely disregarding the reason I was there was ridiculous. I went to a different Shoppers Pharmacy the next day and my experience there was completely different. I was actually treated like a patient, and they asked me appropriate questions to assess if I qualified for a minor illness appointment (which I did). This location and the staff need a lesson from other other locations, or it should just stop offering this service.
The staff at shoppers jane and Wilson is so pathetic . No manners at all . They treat as if we have free money as well time for them . Only their one of the male supervisor is very nice .other ones are all same all of arrogance and make faces as you enter the store . They just gave fake smile and fake services . Kindly request for the staff please kindly be kind you are all working because of your customer . Otherwise they will be no job .

The old lady at the counter near the self-checkout was rude today. She was speaking very rudely despite being a Filipino. I thought Filipino are kind. I don't want to have a bad day because of her, but it just ruins my day. Please discipline her.
Went to get few things, then the stupid security kept following me around. He wouldn’t stop, I branched every section I didn’t need to just to be sure he wasn’t following me but he kept following me. I was not the only person in the store. You want to do your job, do it, but I am not the only person in the store. I was soo uncomfortable, next time I see him, I’ll walk up to him and tell him to stop following me around. Someone else could be shoplifting while you are here stalking me. He is Indian by the way.
They had everything that I needed. The sales associate (Caucasian guy with curly hair and glasses) he helped me find the exact sunscreen brand / spf number that I was looking for right before my vacation. Super pleased with the service here. Thanks
