ordered a product through amazon, seller smiths pharmacy….they keep delaying the date it will be received, This is the 3 rd new daye of delivery…dont expect it and amazon isnt willing to refund…they deserve each other. Garbage, both of them.
I have been using Smith's for my practice for a few years now. I really appreciate how knowledgable they are. Sam and Raj are always available to answer any clinical question I have in a very detailed and timely manner. I source the best products for my patients, and have been very happy with everything I have ordered from Smith's.
"Deceptive Marketing: Failing to display prices or displaying incorrect prices can be considered a form of deceptive marketing under the Competition Act. " This store has no price displayed, never seen a decent store without products price displayed. They want to have the liberty to change the price every other day, very shady practices. I used to love this store, but something dramatically changed in the last couple of short years in a very bad way.
The WORST pharmacy! My clinic requested that my medication be shipped. They couldn’t answer questions on how medications needed to be stored. They couldn’t answer questions on how long the medication would stay cool with their shipping method. Their staff offered 3 day shipping but didn’t know if the medication would stay cool during that time. They said they would call back with an update on what happens if the medication falls outside the cooling medication window. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PHARMACY. You can’t get refunds for issues and they just tell you to read their website. Spend you hard earned money with a company who is knowledgeable and will handle your needs and medications with care. This has been the WORST experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. I didn’t choose them. I let my doctor know about this terrible experience so they can stop using them in the future as well. Happy to share all the info of this terrible service to the company if they drop their direct line for me to reach out to them.
A very special thank you to Andrew (pharmacist) who is a very effecient, polite, kind, empathic and patient. He is always willing to listen and gives valuable advice. It is always a pleasure to speak with you. Andrew, you had perfectly put together all my compounded meds for which I am so thankful. You are the Best!! Wish there were more like you! Thank you Andrew!! Just happened today Jan 31st. Called in, the phone was picked up and the pharmacy staff were talking in a foreign language and never bothered to answer the phone. Had to hold over 15 minutes before cutting off. Management has to really look into this lack of service to their clients. The only person who is worthy of their job at Smith's is Andrew. He is more than exceptional!! The others bring discredit to Smith's. Updated Sept 16th, 2025 Andrew, sadly when you are not in the store, it is a nightmare. You make everything go so smoothly and I don't understand why the opposite happens when you are at the other store. The staff are very rude, dishonest in their pricing and filling compounded prescriptions. They should be investigated for repeatedly making mistakes.
My transaction with Smith’s Pharmacy was nothing but quite wonderful. Recently I had placed an order for a product I had been searching for for some time - but upon receiving the product, I saw that it was not an exact match (very slight difference), which was because of the original manufacturer in the US. I sent an email to customer contact providing my information that night. The result: the very next morning, I got a call from Mike conveying his sincere apologies and assuring me that he’ll help me resolve the issues. He gave me a timeline and his contact information, and told me he’ll look into this matter immediately. That afternoon itself I was contacted by his colleague Sandra - she was very kind and helped me resolve the issue with my order. My experience went from a slight disappointment to an absolute pleasant surprise because of Smith’s Pharmacy’s dynamic team and how they helped me with this timely resolution. Understanding, helpful and knowledgeable - I highly recommend this place for your natural, supplement, and pharmacy needs!!
EXCELLENT compounding pharmacy! I have been using Smith's Pharmacy since 1989. The staff are ALWAYS friendly, VERY knowledgeable and go ABOVE and BEYOND to be helpful. They carry a wide selection of best naturopathic name brand supplements and they are quick to respond to orders and delivery is fast and efficient. They provide my clients and I quality service.
