Tim's Pharmacy is truly one of the best in Toronto. My husband and I always visit Ms. Negin, and she has been such a blessing to us. She's incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable - someone who genuinely listens and always gives the best advice. Every visit feels personal and welcoming. We're so grateful to her and the entire Tim's Pharmacy team, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

Friendly and reliable, with excellent customer service. Apparently they now offer e-refills, but I have yet to try that option as they are already very good at what they do.
Terrible experience buying compounding medicine for from Tim's pharmacy. The compound was not prepared properly. Material inside was coarse like small sands at beach. I paid $55 and it was for two weeks use. Two weeks later I had same prescription for four weeks. I bought same medicine from another pharmacy. This time the compound was smooth like NIVEA cream, more effective and volume was twice. I paid $50 for it. If I could give negative star to Tim's pharmacy I would. I have read other reviews and answers from owner. I know owner will give technical excuses and will try white wash the malpractice. I cannot see any ethics in what Tim's pharmacy did. There are way better compounding pharmacies around.
