Had a pinhole leak in a basement pipe. I called Alex , explained what had happened. He asked me to take a picture, text it to him. He arrived 50 minutes later & fixed the pipe. Alex was incredibly knowledgeable, professional & made sure everything was working properly before he left. I will be referring him to anyone that requires a plumber. Highly recommend Alex ! Alex is experienced reliable professional. Couple of years ago he did bathroom water tank fix and faucet replacement for me. I have used Award Plus Plumbing several times. This time, the inside shut-off valve of my garden spigot was leaking. I spoke to Alex and sent a video of the leak to better help diagnose the problem. He was able to determine that a new shut-off valve was needed but that there was no damage to my pipes. He came the same day with all the necessary tools and parts and went straight to work.
