I have used Dr. Plumbing's twice. The first time to diagnose a problem with the kitchen faucet and replace the bathtub spout. The second time to install a new kitchen faucet. Essi was the technician who came both times. He was very professional, polite and patient in explaining what he was doing. He also gave tips on how to prevent problems in the future.
