MARK IS A FABULOUS GUY WHO TAKES PRIDE IN A WELL DONE JOB. WE CONTACTED HIM FOR AN EMERGENCY JOB AND HE SHOWED UP WITH IN 30MINS AS PROMISED. HE DID A GREAT JOB IN A SHORT TIME FRAME.
On a Sunday night, during a snowstorm, Mark was the only plumber we could get a hold of for a leak we were experiencing in our place. He came within an hour, identified the problem, and quickly fixed the leak. He is professional, highly skilled and friendly. I would recommend his services to anyone.
Worst Plumber and Crook ever! Installed our dishwasher incorrectly. Didn't raise the legs so the brakets eventually broke after 4 months. Calls himself a Red Seal Plumber. Cost us another $500 to repair from his poor installation.
On Victoria day Long weekend, my kitchen sink were clogged. Then I noticed leaking under the sink. I contacted Mark just based on positive Google reviews, and he came in following day,and fixed it and changed the pipes too. He also gave me recommendations to avoid this, and cleaned after his work. Very satisfied with the service, I'll call him up, if I need a plumber again.
I got a new dishwasher years after my old one became useless. 1 week later when I opened the cabinet, I realized the old dishwasher water supply line started leaking...I knew I had to do something asap so googled plumbers around me and decided to call Mark because of all the good reviews. He rushed within 20 minutes and diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly. Now I have my dishwasher running with no problem, no leaking water line! He's very professional&experienced, and explained everything prior, no hidden fees. Highly recommend! I do have some other projects left and definitely would call him again.
