This is an edited review, addressing some of the comments from the owner. In short: DM Plumbing & Drain Service was contracted AND PAID to complete two main jobs — a backwater flow prevention installation and the replacement/repair of the main sewer line. The contract is clear. My parents did not receive the services specified in the scope of work for which they paid. Companies should not contract and take payment for itemized work that is not completed.
Steven promptly was there on time and solved the issue very quickly. I would call him in the future to solve any plumbing issues. He left the place cleaned after completing the work.
I called DM Plumbing due to the kitchen sink clog. It was the first time for me to call a plumber, but I think it was the best choice. They were kind, honest, and professional. They explained what caused the clogs and how they were able to fix the problems in detail and suggested two options so that I was able to choose the less expensive way. I am satisfied with their service.
The workers were very skilled and were able to find out what the problem was with our water very quickly. They were communicative and showed us exactly what was fixed after working on the pipes. Kind and respectful, would definitely recommend to family and friends.
I had drain service with dm plumbing. They explained perfectly the details of the job. The technician was professionals, polite efficient and straight to work.. They educated me in a clear and kind way so my options now Nd in the future are beteer informes. O hoghly recommend DM plumbing.
I used their service a couple years back and it was an awful experience. I had called them because of a clogged toilet and the gentleman gave me an estimate of $100 and told me that they might not be able to get it unclogged if the item is clogged further down the drain. He tried a couple times with no success, at which point he told me there was nothing more he could do. I asked him if he could at least lift the toilet up to see if the item was clogged in the toilet, and he explained to me that they do not do that kind of work and just left with the $100. I felt very upset that they didn’t even make an effort to try. After they left I was able to easily lift the toilet and found the item stuck in the toilet. I could not understand why they could not do something so simple that I was able to do on my own. What upset me the most was their level of customer service. Shortly after I called the plumber back and explained to him that I was not satisfied with the service and that I wanted my money back. The plumber agreed and told me to meet him at a restaurant. There he proceeded to lecture me for about 10-20mins before he finally gave the $100 back. At the end he told me that he had a-lot of connection with police officers and lawyers, which sounded very threatening to me. I would never use their services again and would not recommend them to anyone.
