Very happy with the work that I done today to fix some issues that were causing a nuisance. Elvis did an amazing job. He was prompt, thorough, kind and explained his process in detail which I appreciate very much as a first time home owner who doesn't know a whole lot about plumbing/home repairs. Had a clog in the pipe under my kitchen sink. Elvis was very nice and informative in explaining the situation on what the issue was and how to further prevent it in the future. The service to fix the problem was quick and not a big mess. Highly recommended.

I had a sewage back up problem. I called a service that would have caused a lot of problems, so I decided to look for another plumbing company and I found Dr. Pipe. Max came the same day and he was familiar with my back water valve. The problem was solved with no digging. They installed a special pipe, so the tree roots can no longer invade the sewage pipes. The work was done professionally, they cleaned up and I am very happy with the outcome. Max explained the process and I was very impressed how he worked with his staff. I felt I was in good hands the whole time. I can very much recommend this company.
5 stars is not enough. This company and their people do amazing work. If you are trying to find someone to trust, trust this crew of people. They are responsive, provide honest quotes, and do an amazing job. They handled my basement backwater valve from start to finish, including city rebate, and helped answer rebate questions even after the work was done. During the work they took such good care to not make a mess by placing down tarps and tarping off the work area, that is true service! keep up the good work Dr.Pipe and team! Will call next time I need more plumbing work!
