Shopped at Ecco Yorkdale today, and I must say this store has some of the most attentive employees I've seen. Everyone was so kind from the moment my wife and I walked in to the moment we walked out. The whole process from start to finish was easy and quick. Our salesperson was so kind, patient and attentive, I would highly recommend this store for their customer service! Thank you!
Less than a month ago, I purchased a pair of shoes from the ECCO store at Yorkdale. Unfortunately, one of the shoes turned out to be defective, and I went back to the store to return or exchange it. However, the salesperson behaved quite rudely and refused both to issue a refund and to replace it with a proper pair. The defect was clearly a manufacturing issue affecting only one shoe, but they would not accept it. In my opinion, this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I will never forget the lady’s disrespectful tone , when I said that I no longer felt interested in buying from ECCO again, she replied, “That’s fine,” which I found extremely unprofessional.
Love this location! Always a warm welcome and superb customer service when I visit. Big thanks to the manager (Aneesah) who helped me a few months ago pick out a new pair of shoes for the summer. Aneesah and her team are phenomenal. Always providing exceptional customer service when I stop by! I highly recommend the Yorkdale ECCO location. - 5/5 stars
Had a great experience at Ecco store at yorkdale. I bought a shoes from them about a month ego, and the shoes had a manufacturing defect. Joze was very helpful in helping me use the shoes warante and get a replacement for the shoes. Thank you.

I did an order online and I returned the item in Nnew condition never worn. And I still haven't received my refund. This company steals your money, don't buy from them.
One of my personal favorite shoe brands for style and comfort. From winter boots to running shoes. I always look forward to the new season. My family combined we own at least 11 pairs of shoes.
