The service and quality of shoes of this store are horrible. Just save your time and money and shop literally anywhere else. Listen to the loads of other people leaving one star reviews and run away.
Went in for a specific shoe. Left with 3 pairs. My sales associate Robin was so helpful and friendly and fun. Very nice young woman. I could hear her speaking to her fellow employee also with such respect and kindness. Was a great experience. Thank you Robin.

I bought some shoes today at this store, and although I came from a 9-hour shift and had lots to deal with, Payal was very kind and lifted my mood! I shopped at the Fairview mall location and purchased a pair of shoes. When I went home, I noticed the bottom of the shoes looked already worn so I came the next day to do an exchange for a new pair and the so called manager on duty Siobhan was not helpful at all. She did not show any managerial traits when handling this situation. The only option she gave to me was to speak to head office. She never offered any other solutions. I was very disappointed with the services.
Love this store, every week they get new styles and the quality is beautiful. Real leather, made in Spain or Brazil. The price is worth it for the product they sell. Customer service is always A+
