Sam and Daniella were so helpful today! I have oddly shaped feet and usually get anxious shopping in-store, but they made the whole experience so easy. They were patient, courteous, and super understanding of my shoe-buying struggles lol. I walked out with the perfect pair of winter boots! Highly recommend this location!
I had a wonderful experience at Softmoc today, Rebecca helped me to find a pair of boots. I was unsure about the colors and Rebecca was incredibly patient. She brought out three different pairs and two styles, ensuring I got the best pair of boots, Rebecca was knowledgeable and did not pressure me at all. I walked out with a great pair of boots that fit perfectly. Highly recommend this store and her service.
