I visited the Work Authority store to pick up safety shoes and had an excellent experience. Val and Denise were incredibly helpful from start to finish. I had some issues at first with my workplace benefit and sizing, but they were patient, knowledgeable, and more than willing to walk me through different brands and options. They took the time to make sure I found the pair that fit properly and worked best for my needs. Overall, fantastic service and a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
Huge shoutout to Jacqueline and Riya for their incredible customer service today. The store was packed and they were juggling so much, but you’d never know it. They treated me with full attention, helped me find the right safety boots, and kept the whole experience fun. It’s my first time writing a review but I had to because Jacqueline and Riya were such a vibe yesterday even though it was a little busy they still gave me amazing service they kept smiling laughing and made sure I found exactly what I needed they made safety boot shopping feel fun and easy like hanging out with friends honestly they deserve all the credit for keeping the vibe positive and making my day better
Misty a real one. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. When I explained what I was looking for she got right to it. Dropped some knowledge on the model I wanted and ended purchasing another pair as when I they were compared the ones I initially wanted wouldn't be suited for my work. Thank you Misty for making my safety shoes purchase a pleasant one
I had one of the worst customer service experience here. Employees felt like they were uninterested to work or help, give judgemental look, and were super rude! Where are the negative stars?
Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The woman with dark hair and glasses has to be one of the most miserable people I've ever met working in retail. It's a work wear store, I can't imagine you get more than 10 customers per day. I have absolutely NO idea how anyone could possibly be this mad at customers for asking simple questions. I asked about a certain boot that I had seen online, before I even got a chance to finish my question she had already started speaking loudly over me "WELL WE CAN'T CARRY THE ENTIRE ONLINE INVENTORY HOW WOULD THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE?". I will absolutely never return to this store nor will I be recommending to my coworkers. They speak down to anyone that asks a question like we're expected to know the answer like we work there as well. They will show you boots they have on display, and when you ask them to try one on the response I got was "WELL THOSE ARE DISCONTINUED YOU CANT GET THOSE", why would you still have them on display if they are not available and why did you show them to me? It seems as though they lead you into asking questions they can get upset about and bark back at customers. I attempted to crack a few jokes to lighten what was an extremely tense mood, to be met with eye rolls and sighs. I'm not sure if the lady with glasses just exudes misery to the point that it makes other employees miserable as well but I have never had such a poor customer service experience. I understand that working in retail might not be the most rewarding experience for this person, maybe taking it out on your customers and speaking to them with such vitriol is some sort of rewarding experience for you, I'm not sure, but it amazes me this employee has maintained a job after reading the other reviews here specifically mentioning this one person.
