Sam did a fantastic job setting me up with new winter tires and rims — everything was smooth, well-explained, and fairly priced. The receptionist was equally great, making the whole experience quick and hassle-free.
This guys are really helpful. It was sudden snow and i wana travel lot but i was having summer tire on my car. I called multiple locations every one says no they are full they cant help. When i call this place they said u can come and its first come first serve. Fair enough i went they stayed late than their working hours even to finish my car. Thanks guys

Everytime I come here they always provide the best customer service. Had to book in a last minute appointment to change my winter tires- they were fully transparent on the wait time as it was a busy day due to snowfall, I was willing to wait. Regardless of how busy they were, they were able to complete the work and I was satisfied. Highly recommend.
No idea how this place has 4.9 stars. Made an appointment for 3pm, for an off rim tire swap, dropped the car off on time and left it there. Nearly 4 hours went by and they called to say it was not ready. Decided to go in right before close (7pm) as I was concerned and did not want to leave my car there overnight. When I arrived, the car had not moved from where we left it. We walked in and asked for the key back because I completely lost my confidence in this place by this point and were not going to wait any longer. The manager from the back came to the front, hesitant to return our key and begged for more time, which we obviously declined. Completely unprofessional. The parking lot is a zoo with little to no parking. The secretary had appointments written on sticky notes scattered across the desk. Don't be fooled by the pictures of high end cars, it's a ploy. At this point, I'm honestly happy they did not touch my car. Massive waste of time. P.S. we noticed a same customer we had seen initially at 3 pm when we arrived at 7pm still waiting for his vehicle....
I was referred here by another tires shop that did not have my tires in stock. Reception was really nice and answered all my questions. They had a huge selections of tires in stock for you to choose from. The service was prompt and was completed under one hour. I will definitely be back for all my tires needs.
Excellent service and the best prices. Been using Sam for years with all my tire services and I couldn’t be happier. Him and his guys are great people to work with.
