I went to get a routine, procedure. They got the job done well but when the service was finished money that I left in the centre console of my vehicle prior to me handing over the vehicle to one of the mechanics was stolen. I am very disappointed how the manager dealt with the situation, when I told him that money was taken out my vehicle he became defensive and told me to call the police. He told me verbatim that “Even if the employee took it, we are not responsible because you are responsible to take out the belongings and valuables out of your car before dropping off the vehicle.” To summarize his words he’s insinuating that if a customer left money in their vehicle the employees are allowed/obligated to take such actions. I would understand if I was leaving my vehicle with them but I stayed with my vehicle and waited patiently 1 hr 20 min. It is not about the money but the principles of dealing with your customers.
The owner, Remy, is an honest man who performs good work and has the customers' best interest in mind. Tyre Plus deserves a 5-star rating in my book, so if you're looking for a neat local spot to get some new tires definitely check them out!

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and in good hands. Remy did a fantastic job on my car, quick and precise. His team is friendly and professional, making sure I understood everything. 2 weeks ago, I visited TYRE PLUS after I had a problem with my newly installed tires from chrysler dealership to my 2019 van , after visiting the dealer for some many times was off balance and they were new tires and new van . I talked to the owner and he recommended that he will do the balancing so he did and when I asked him about the cost he said no charge we are happy to have you as a new customer for the next season. After that my car was driving perfectly and I revisited TYRE PLUS to put my summer tires, again Remy the owner gave me special rate to install my summer tires the prices were very reasonable and decent .overall I'm very pleased from everything, service staff and workmanship . I highly recommend tyre plus shop and I recommend anyone needs service to visit tyre plus and have the same good experience I had with this shop .
