I've been working with Raafi and TireConnection for the past 10 years, and they've always been fantastic. I've gotten all my rims and tires from them during that time. The service is always friendly, and their prices are very reasonable.
Came in to get new tires put on rims and aftermarket TPMS. There was a bit of a mix up but Mike made sure everything was set right on the spot before I left. Great service, great price, great job on the install. It’s my second time shopping with them and I’ll be back again when it’s time for new tires again
Bought a set of winter tires. The tire change was done quickly and within the time frame promised. However, when I asked for documentation for OEM sensors purchased, personnel were annoyed. I am not sure why that would be as receipt/documentation when one expends funds is not an unusual request. The sales rep was responsive to all my queries at the beginning, however, before exiting, he used the ruse of a phone call not to even make eye contact. All I wanted to say was "thank you!" Suffice it to say, although the work was good, I would not go back.
Awesome service. On time and on budget! Didn’t realize wife’s car was full of crap in the back until I got home and the technician had to move it all out to put the summer tires in- all placed back in neatly. Busy place at this time of year , seems like they have their efficiency working perfectly. Please send thanks and apologies to the tech that took care of my wife’s model y today. I owe him a tip. Highly recommend shop.

Bought expensive wheels and needed a trusted place to install them. Raffi took care of me with not even a single scratch. Quality of service is 5 stars. The staff were very organized and efficient when helping me out. Best shop for all your rim and tire needs. Best place in the GTA.
Went here to get my callipers painted, they said they would use a brush to paint, when I picked up the car and got home there was red over spray all over the suspension components, now 3 months later I go to get my winter tires and rims swapped over and my shop mechanic tells me that the previous person to put lug nuts on OVERTIGHTENED them to the point that they are having a hard time removing them with a breaker bar and a lot of pressure. Stay clear of this place they clearly don't care about what the customer wants. I also asked them to hand torque them and they ended up using a torque gun
