Very disappointed with the quality of work and the poor customer service I received this year. I have been going to this location for two decades and under this new ownership, I will be taking my tires elsewhere moving forward.
Excellent customer service and very professional. Uggie helped us out and was really welcoming, kind, and informative. We replaced a damaged tire with one he had in stock then he checked all the tires for road safety. Shop is clean and comfortable to wait in while work was being done. While visiting family in Toronto from Ottawa, I experienced a tire blowout and had the van towed to where we were staying in Pickering. The team is very helpful and friendly, and we're able to fit me in for a same-day appointment! Even when I was a little late, they squeezed me in for my tire change over. Reasonable pricing and have a comfy waiting area with a TV and complimentary snacks! Would def recommend if you need affordable tires and storage.

Very disappointing experience from Wheelpro today. My appointment was at 1pm to install winter tires, but the whole process took almost 3hours! 3 HOURS IS INSANE!!!!!!!!! We will probably take our business elsewhere from now on.
