Waited 4 hrs for Goodrich tires. Im the end they were only $30 cheaper than Costco who continues to be out of stock of the Bridgestone that we wanted. But why Tires Tires make appts. Than keep customers waiting for 4hrs. They dont take your key when you request the tires and service installation so all the customers are hanging around. Then when they call you, you have to bring your vehicle and drive it to the Bay? What a gong show?! How is this good for customers. Never again. BEWARE!
I’ve been coming here for years. Actually, my dad was friends with “Pelusa” ( if you know you know) He has been going to him ever since he had his tiny shop. It is great to see a family that came to Canada as did mine and make it successfully with hard work and honesty. I remember as a kid running around the commercial units with my brothers while my dad waited to get his tires changed. I went yesterday to mount my winter tires that I bought online, the tires were not in good shape so I ended up buying four tires for my Honda Accord. I hate to describe him as the Guyanese guy, but I don’t know his name. He explained everything to me and I could tell he was an honest guy as I’m sure they all are. Long story short I walked out with four tires on rims for a great price. Diego gave him the OK because we had some minor issues which I forgot to thank before I left. Gracias Diego ! I highly recommend Tires Tires great people, but more importantly, honest and always transparent. Keep up the good work and thanks again.
Purchased 2 front brand new tires $170 each and they were very low quality, but was reassured they were premium, they began to bald very quickly. Found out they were made in China! Wheel balance was done incorrectly and caused violence shaking in the front end of my BMW X5. I contacted them and was told there was no record of the sale and they are not responsible by a very rude receptionist! I had to bring them Road Auto & Tires Center Inc, check out pics below. Not a happy customer.
