They never answer the phone. Simply try to get a hold of them to see if my order is ready for pick up and no one answers the phone! Why do they have the line if they’re not going to answer it After calling all morning and leaving this review they finally answered and said they don’t have the item when it’s still actually showing more than 1 in their inventory . Why do you work at a kids toy store if you don’t want to do the job? Terrible customer service and just lost a repeat customer.
Never order online from Mastermind Toys! Your items will be lost in limbo and no one will ever email you back from Customer Service! I went into the store earlier this year and it was lovely. I picked up a few things for my kids. Everything was great. Black Friday rolled around and I thought I would support a Canadian company by buying online. Big mistake! I ordered a bunch of items on December 1, got the "thank you for your order" email and then never heard anything from them again. I emailed on December 11 to ask about the status of my order and got no reply other than the automatic bounce-back about how busy they are. I also emailed on December 13 and the evening of December 16. Still no response. I was able to log into my profile to see that some of my items were shipped through a courier called Shipping Chimp. The items were assigned to a driver on December 10 but haven't moved since then. There are still some items left "unfulfilled." I have had no communication about what this means. I do not know if the items will ship later, or if they are out of stock and will be refunded. I have had no communication from Mastermind as to when I might get some, or all of my order, despite three different attempts to contact them. Overall I am very disappointed in the service. I will never order online from them again.
Horrible experience- AGAIN !!!! Poorly organized!!! Nobody working the floor during Christmas peak season . 2 people working in the entire store, one wrapping and the other cashing out. Phones ringing non-stop , boxes all over the place. I’ve seen junk yards more organized. It’s all about collecting the money- never mind you have customers holding heavy boxes in a lineup of over 10 people I’m unsubscribing to mastermind! I’m done ✅ Save your time and money and order online !!! Don’t spend your money at this store and whe you have a complaint- again no one cares ! Bye bye to my money mastermind after over 25yrs
Excellent service. I came to pick up an order. Sam checked my order and Luigi offered to bring it to my car and did just that. What incredible, top-notch service!
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I ordered a halloween costume for my son Oct 5 until now, Oct20 -awaiting pick up by their shipper. This is ridiculous and a very unpleasant experience. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND buying from them online. I don’t think it will arrive before the event for my son! Terrible!

Rather small selection of goods. A decent stop if you're already in the mall, but not worth a whole trip. Photos make the store seem bigger than it actually is.
