There are various Sanrio plush and keychains. yesterday morning, i visited for my daughter's birthday and I'm very satisfied. The girl is kind and helpful

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came here yesterday to look for some plushies and was immediately followed around the store by the associate. She was always looking at me, pretending to fix things around me and didn’t even ask me once if I needed help with anything. I was going to buy a few things but was completely turned off by the behaviour at this location.

Bought a Eiffel Tower Puzzle and it broke before we even completed it. Didn't even put any pressure on it. Not good quality and spent 22 dollars on it. Definitely won't go back.

This location was advertising 20% off the entire store, except with the exclusion of promotions at the beginning of July. I tried to purchase two Pokemon plushies, which were regular price, and I was told that the 20% off discount was not applicable. This was definitely false advertising, and left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning to this store in the future.

I bought a Pokémon toy and was entered into a draw and won. Also really nice and friendly staff with really nice stuff. Would highly recommend checking this store out.
