I’ve purchased from this company before. But however, after the purchase, I waited for a part that was promised to me and was told it would be ordered and the issue fixed. Unfortunately, that never happened, and I was never contacted with an update. This was disappointing and not the level of follow-up I expected. I also later discovered that the Carfax report provided was not as straightforward as initially represented, so I would strongly advise buyers to do their own independent research and ask detailed questions before purchasing. Because of this lack of follow-through, I can’t say the after-sale service matched the positive experience during the sale.

Was searching around specifically looking for an IS350 AWD after my previous vehicle was also a Lexus and I know they are great vehicles. I stumbled across his ad online and made a appointment to check it out and the car was in great shape despite a few things I pointed out but these guy had no hesitation to fix them up and we also worked out a deal that we were both happy with. Bought a mazda from them and all was going well until I noticed after I bought it that the car battery was leaking and the car horn didn’t work. The car was safety through one of there mechanics and was authorized for road safe. This place is shady and I would stay away if you’re smart.
Don't trust these guys, they are scammers. They don't fix the cars it's super shady doing the cheapest solution, and selling it knowing it's gonna break down. Save your money and go somewhere else don't make the same mistake I made
Be aware, all vehicles sold here are insurance write off vehicles, that they buy at auction, repair themselves, then sell without advertising it was a write off. No remaining factory warranty applies to be transferred to the new buyer, due to the vehicles being previous write offs. I found a vehicle from here on autotrader, contacted the dealership, asked many questions about the vehicle, even asking if it had ever been in an accident, and he just said it was a like new vehicle with low mileage. I explained I would be driving in 2hrs to see it, so wanted to ensure it was a good car. He assured me it was. Later that evening I called for the VIN, so I could call a dealership to check on any remaining warranty, and that is when the sales associate advised me they get all their cars from a write off auction, voiding any warranty. BUYER BEWARE
