I flew from Victoria, B.C. to Toronto, Ontario to view a 2019 Mercedes-Benz E63s. The car was advertised as mint condition. When I arrived the Salesperson Alain gave me the FOB for the vehicle and said take all the time you like and when your ready we can take it for a test drive. The first thing I did was to look under the front bumper as it sits fairly low, and you can tell if it's been well look after if there is any scratches there. Not a single one for a vehicle with 52,000 kilometres on it. Then I ran my had around the inside of the wheel wells where there is a small crevice that usually collects road dirt and rarely gets cleaned, there again not a bit of dirt. From there I spent probably 1 hour going over the rest of the vehicle and had a pre-purchase inspection done by Mercedes-Benz dealership. This car was as advertised, something that when it comes to used cars in my experience is rare. From that point on I test drove the vehicle, purchased it, then Alain helped me with shipping the vehicle across Canada close to my home in Vancouver. I would not hesitate recommending Euro ExoticCar Sales from my experience.

I dealt with Eric and he is ready to work with you to get a sale. We spoke over the phone first and I had a concern that he eliminated and that flexibility brought me into the store. He is ready to negotiate and although I probably paid a few grand more than I should I was happy with the process. Now I have a Mercedes GLB to drive daily. Their dealership is a car fantasy. It is super clean and has all the cars you wished to own. Only knock in the process was at one point he said something to his assistamt in front of me in a non English language and it kind of came off as though he may be making fun of me or something else....but she smiled when he said it. Overall positive experience.
