I was in the market for a used 2019 BMW X3 and shortlisted a few options from AutoTrader. Great experience! Alan assisted in a recent purchase, during the initial appointment, he was very knowledgeable yet not pushy at all in making a sale. Once we decided to move forward, he kept me posted in timeline and prepared a great delivery experience. I noted some minor reconditioning issues after taking delivery, Alan was very upfront and attentive in helping address issues to my satisfaction.
