Daily driver was a not at fault total loss. I came to this dealership just around the corner from my place of work, convenient for me, and i was ready to purchase one of two 535i they had on their lot. Both similar vehicles, one with alot less km's with a lower price, the other with more km, but with the M-sport package and much higher price. I wanted to test drive each one to see which of the two were a better buy (knowing the water pump issues on that car for instance) the owner couldn't understand why i wanted to see both cars, and in a suprisingly insulting manner told me i dont need to compare them both and to pick the one i'm going to buy before test driving! I was shocked, so I just left, I would NEVER spend my money at a used car dealer that is both highly suspicious and ready to insult someone interested and ready to buy one of their vehicles! It blew my mind
Absolutely terrible experience — beware! In all my life, I have yet to experience such bad service. The staff were extremely unprofessional and refused to let me properly look at or assess the car. Even worse, they would not allow a test drive unless I committed to buying first — which is an absolutely insane concept. One of the main reasons I went to see the 2017 Audi A4 was because of their seemingly positive Google reviews. However, after visiting, I started to understand why someone mentioned that the reviews are fake. In fact, after a wave of recent negative reviews, one review from three years ago was mysteriously edited — and you can tell, because the owner’s response was written three years ago when that (likely fake) review was originally posted. This was clearly done to push that old review to the top and bury the newer, honest feedback. This kind of manipulation says everything about the dishonesty in how they deal with clients. Please be very careful with these people, and do not trust anything they say.
Salesman told me over the phone the car was ready to deliver Red Amg Gts, I went from montreal (5hrs drive) to Toronto! Once i arrived, the car was sitting in a completely different dealership, & then i finally spoke to Ali the main salesman and he told me the car wasn’t ready at all! Complete waste of time! I had to drive back 5 hours for absolutely nothing an entire day wasted because of these guys! Then i called them for a month and finally they dodged my calls! No respect for their clients & definitely wouldn’t trust their fleet! Please stay away from this dealership they are not honest!
My experience with this dealership was extremely negative and raised serious concerns about their business practices. Summary: - They refused to let me take the car (2011 BMW 335IS) to a nearby (BMW) dealer for inspection, only allowing me to bring in a mechanic. - When my hired mobile mechanic came to inspect the car, he was only given a limited amount of time before being told to stop, and they refused to let him test drive the car until I called and insisted. - The manager and sales staff were rude, dismissive, and condescending throughout the entire process. - Sensing something was off, I purchased my own Carfax report. Shockingly, the Carfax report they provided with the bill of sale was missing a critical line item: that the engine had been replaced (see attached photos). This was not a minor omission—it was a deceptive and misleading practice designed to hide a major fact about the car’s history. - After discovering this, I canceled the sale — despite losing money both on inspection costs and airfare. I am in the process of opening a case with OMVIC to investigate these practices. In my opinion, their conduct is not just dishonest but predatory, and I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership.
Purchased a G wagon high end car from this dealership. Everything was great until it was time for them to start fixing problems that came up soon as I drove car off the lot. The owner was very helpful at first he even took my car in because of the use car warranty which he promised me 90 days but when the legal time frame passed by I stopped getting any responses from him. The car had severe coolant leak which was caused by over heating because the oil cooler was leaking, the shocks were leaking and yet his “mechanic passed it for safety” which they pushed on me to do with them in exchange for a better deal. They lied about fixing the issues the leakage got worse the bills got more and more ridiculous and they still ignore my messages. In summary they are not the best option out there, far from greatest. Spend your money elsewhere. After spending $6,500 on this car it’s now at a condition which safety passed it. Horrible dealership, fake promises, low quality cars which they claim has no issues but is not road safe condition. IGNORE AT ALL COSTS
