Faraz was great to deal with. I purchased a 2018 F150 from him. I had to travel from Sudbury on the weekend to take it for a test drive then return the following weekend to pick it up. Throughout the entire purchase Faraz answered all of my questions over the phone and was timely in his responses to my texts. I gave Faraz 4 Stars and not 5 because of 1 issue The vehichle only had 1 key and in my opinion the second key should have been the responsibility of the Dealer and not splitting the expense with a Customer that travelled 4 hrs to test drive and return, then come back the following weekend for another 4 hr drive and return. The key cost 350 dollars so the extra 175 would have been nice to fill the truck with gas. I highly recommend purchasing from this dealer as when I walked the lot all of his cars were in immaculate condition inside and out Thank you Faraz Jerome & Liz
SCAMMERS!! They wanted me to apply for a get my car loan approved before I could even test drive the car! This is a scam, so once the paperwork is signed, I’m bound to buy the car even before test driving it to make sure it’s a good one! This is scary, especially when buying a used car. I just walked away, and bought my car from somewhere else, and I’m so glad that I did! Extremely rude service from the (owner?) too!
Getting my car with them was smooth and the transparency, constant communication and honesty I truly appreciated. I’m a woman and don’t know much about cars and honesty needed a car ASAP, they worked well with me and I found the car I like/love. They did all the running around all I he’d to do was make sure I was ready to pay once they were done. Amazing service, I recommend them anytime any day!!!
