These folks are really good at focusing quickly on a problem. Their prices are very good too. They repaired our dryer a couple of years ago and needed a new motor. Done quickly. Now we had a loud rattle which turns out was a booster blower, not the dryer, that was plugged with lint. It was an extremely awkward access but the technician solved the problem and all is good. Nice people.
Appliance Heroes came to my place today to look at a noisy dryer exhaust fan. Technician suggested fixing rather than replacing the fan which I appreciated. The first time I called them was for my 21 year old dishwasher which needed a part. Unfortunately, because of the age of the dryer no part was available. Technician made an excellent recommendation for a replacement dishwasher. Honest , knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I have given Appliance Heroes name and number to management of my condo.
Can highly recommend, they did a thorough job diagnosing the issue with my dishwasher and gave a reasonable suggestion to replace the part compared to replacing the entire thing.
Fantastic service from Nathan. They were very reliable in the estimate and he arrived exactly on time. Nathan was friendly and professional, and was helpful with some follow-up questions. I really feel like they try to do what's best for you, rather than give a sloppy or expensive fix. He gave us some recommendations for good brands if we purchase in the future. We will definitely make them our first choice for any appliance repairs.

Very poor service from this company. I contacted them last week and they arranged an appointment to fix my leaking refrigerator yesterday afternoon. I am a senior and live alone - I have been moped up water since Wednesday. I cleaned out my freezer and waited for the technician to arrive yesterday. I have dealt with this company before when it was only the husband and wife working. I got the following message later in the morning. "Unfortunately, today is no longer available." No apology - no explanation. Today I was advise by text that they are fully booked this week. This after I told them that I would be out of the country next week. They were not fully book last Thursday when they made my appointment. They have become very dishonest, unreliable and unprofessional.
