Igor from Nick’s Appliance Repair did a great job fixing our washing machine. He determined the cause quickly, provided us with an estimate and was back in a couple of days with the new part to fix it. Really nice guy. We’ll definitely call Nick’s Appliance Repair again.
Igor at Nick’s Appliance could not have been more professional, kind, friendly, and efficient. Everyone was helpful to fix my dryer as quickly as possible (with two boys in the winter, it was an unexpected challenge to have it break down!) I highly recommend their service.

I'm having a horrible experience with this company! We paid for a stove top replacement in April, they said it would take a few weeks to get the part and then they stopped all communication. When phoning them, they promise to get back in 2 hours, they never do!!! Leaving voice messages, text messages, NO RESPONSE! I finally got hold of a person 6 months later on October 30th who said they can't find the part and can't deliver the service. They payed $500 of the amount and promised to pay the rest back in 7 - 10 days. That never happened!! When phoning, I only get an AI based answering service who once again promise to look into the situation and get back to me. THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK FROM THEM. Worst company I ever connected with, terrible client service and they still have my money. I had to give them 1 star to be able to post this review, but they should not get any stars, they are unreliable and dishonest.

Very quick service from my initial call to Nick’s Appliance - I called in the morning and they came before noon to assess our broken fridge. Andrew was very knowledgeable and honest. He showed me what was wrong, and fixed it quickly at a fair price. I would definitely call them again for any future issues!
