Seems they're closed Andrew fixed my laundry i appreciate that but i haven't got the update on the dryer parts. I've tried emailing, phonecall, text but no reply at all. I already paid the diagnostic fee on the dryer..
I’m really hoping someone from the company sees this and reaches out. I paid nearly $600 in advance for both the part and labor to repair my dishwasher, and the part was supposedly ordered back in August 2025. It's now October, and I still haven't received any update or scheduled repair. I've tried calling multiple times but haven't been able to get through to anyone. I’ve also emailed, but no one has responded. I understand delays can happen, but being left completely in the dark after already paying is very frustrating and concerning. I’d really appreciate it if someone from the team could contact me with an update or a resolution.
Not sure if all these positive reviews are fake. We had an unpleasant experience with this company. No one answers the phone. They take the fee, say they will provide a quote, we don't hear back when promised. No one responds to requests to confirm the repair appointment all week, even though days were taken off work to accomodate. This is the worst repair company we have dealt with. Do not recommend.
Denys Kharchenko was my technician who fixed the dryer in my unit. He was very warm and welcoming. He was very involved and quite engaging while performing the repair. He also made sure he kept everything back at where things were before which gave a reflection of him going above and beyond his job duties. I loved his service.
When making the appointment I was asked for the serial number and they knew that it is LG. This guy came and after 5 minutes said that he knows nothing about LG fridge and someone else has to come. And to fix the problem will cost me around $ 900. All that his " manager " told him on the phone. Very bad service and I regret very much calling this company. If he at least pretended that he was trying to find what was wrong !!! And all that 5 minutes of his hard work was not for free. I just feel that these guys go around screwing people for service fee.
One of the best services I’ve got. Install of my dishwasher was fantastic. Fast, tidy, got called 30 min before they arrived. To be honest, since the start of the connection with this company, till they finished the job, just positive feedback. Call centre was great, gave me info, took mine, tech arrived as they promised to. My recommendation and I will definitely let my friends know about this company! Thanks Max!
