Great service! Answered my call after hours and had someone to look at the issue the next morning. Very responsive and polite. Pricing was also very fair considering how quickly they got there.
Won’t use this company again. The technician was good but I was told one price when I booked and when the technician arrived he wanted more than double before he would even look at the appliance. I wasn’t going to write a review but When I called to share my experience, the owner blamed me for not asking enough questions when I booked and took no responsibility for the misinformation or how mislead I felt. Hopefully you can learn from my mistake.
I've had the technician come take a look at the broken Blomberg washing machine at my place, the person came, did not even open the machine, and in 10m told me that the machine needed a new motor which is pretty much the price of a new machine. If at least the person had taken a proper look inside the machine, it could have been so many other problems based on what people say on the internet.
