The maintenance worker was extremely unprofessional. My dishwasher was leaking, but he did not find the root cause. However, the company directly asked me to pay a $90 inspection fee with only 10min visually checking and he said the leaking reason is because of short of screws without further inspection. He insisted if I cannot get the factory original made screws they cannot do the further inspection. I phoned the company ask them why they charge the inspection fee without find the real leaking reason and they insisted charge me the fee. Finally, I had no choice but to find another technician from another company finding that the real problem is not from the screw. The leakage is from the rubber gasket underneath the base. Initially, the company's service lady promise that they would not charge for anything if they cannot find the real problem. After I find the real problem from another company, they rejected to answer and ignored my asking.

This Home Relief Appliance Service Inc is extremely irresponsible and deceives consumers! I asked them to repair the dryer and paid $120. In less than 3 hours, I found that it was not repaired at all, and the problem still existed! After contacting their customer service, they even insulted and satirized me, and their tone was arrogant. They said, "You don't understand yourself, don't look for trouble", and your attitude was extremely bad! Later, they refused to refund, and even lied to me that "the customer service has been fired", but in the end they didn't provide any evidence at all. Now the dryer still doesn't work, but they are completely irresponsible and pass the buck!
Had a problem with my washer drain motor, and despite the storm, they still provided the same day service and arrived on time. They even had the replacement part on their truck and were able to fix the issue right away. They also have 3 months warrant for the parts and services. Excellent service!
Would give 0 stars if I could. Technician charge 400.00 to repair dryer which did not resolve issue- two days after repair told by company only option was to replace motor for another $600.00. Technician said service work warrantied for 30 days but this was not honoured. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Re Reply by Company - I have tried to get this issue resolved through email (as I was asked to do when I contacted company - with 0 response- terrible service.....

It's a really good company. From the time I called to the time it was repaired, it only took half a day, and no parts were replaced. The charges were very reasonable. Highly recommended.
