Absolutely terrible experience. I hired this appliance company and it was a complete waste of time and money. The technician came in, did zero actual diagnostics, and basically told me to unplug my fridge for 48 hours to “see if that fixes it.” Spoiler: it didn’t. I ended up hiring a different company, and they diagnosed the issue properly within minutes. We ordered the part, had it installed a couple days later, and everything was solved—exactly how a professional service should work. On top of that, the owner refuses to give any pricing upfront. Just completely evasive and unhelpful. Between the lack of transparency and the lack of skill, I’d strongly recommend staying far away from this place. Do yourself a favour and choose literally any other appliance repair company.

Although this review pertains to a service call in May 2024, I believe it's still worth sharing to help others make informed decisions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Care Appliance. The technician arrived and, after briefly listening to the washing machine, claimed to have diagnosed the issue. He then encouraged me to leave him alone to work. In hindsight, I found this behavior concerning, as it limited my visibility into what was being done in my home. Later, I was informed that the soap dispenser needed to be replaced, and I would receive a quote. When the estimate came through, it was unexpectedly high—comparable to replacing the entire machine. I decided to seek a second opinion from the manufacturer’s authorized service provider. That technician was professional, methodical, and transparent. Upon inspecting the machine, he found broken pieces inside the soap dispenser and asked whether someone had previously opened it—a moment that raised further concerns for me. Notably, the manufacturer’s technician invited me to observe the entire process and explained each step in detail. The total cost of repair, including the service call, was less than half of the quote from Care Appliance. In conclusion, I personally will not be using Care Appliance again and encourage others to consider multiple opinions before proceeding with repairs.
