Steeles Bakery is absolutely outstanding. Their pastries are truly the best—fresh, perfectly made, and consistently delicious. You can taste the quality and care in every bite. We bought two types of desserts there. Both were terrible—hard and not fresh. One of them even had mold at the bottom. When we came to return them, we expected a refund, but they just said, “Everything is fresh, no returns!” Never buy anything there!
I stopped by this bakery recently and it instantly became a favorite. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the comforting scent of freshly baked treats. The team here is warm, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in their work. Everything I tried tasted incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made.
Not sure if under new management but bought two small pieces of cheesecake $17 - sizes were 1inch wide by three inches long- and she gave me an outside piece which cheese was hard, crust dried...IT WAS OLD..same thing with the neopolatanique....smaller slices...not fresh...and they have wasps flying around on the pastries.....thats such a shame this place is gone downhill....
Omg I’m really disappointed I tried three pieces and paid 20$ and their pastry was worse than metro store next to them I hope they work on their quality and also they seem old and very generic
I purchased 65$ worth of pastries. Most were very good but. The apple cake crust was so hard and burnt that we couldn't serve it. I took it back and waited for the manager. With out me having a chance to speak she said "fresh today and read the sign " No refund or exchanges". I said look at the crust and try to cut it. Are you willing to lose a customer for 16$ cake. Made no difference and she hid in the bake room.
The lady staff is very approachable and their delicacies are tasty, my kids love their Gingerbread and my pregnant wife nejoyed the blue berry pie so much. Thank you!
