I ordered Osmanthus milk tea with Handmade Boba with light ice and 50%sweetness, its strong yet so light. Love the aroma that rich in the mouth when you drink it. The Boba is soft, chewy but not too sweet. Would love to go back and try the other menu soon.
Their lemon tea — whether with oolong or jasmine green — is honestly the best I’ve had in Canada, and definitely better than the other bubble tea shops nearby. The flavour is bright and refreshing. I also love their jasmine green milk tea, which is smooth, fragrant and really well balanced. (I personally like and recommend 100% sugar?). Staff are friendly, drinks are consistent, and it’s become my go-to place.
Tried this place twice, the first time was underwhelming, the tea smelled fragrant but didn't taste much like tea made with real tea leaves and a bit synthetic. But I thought I will give it a second chance given the high rating maybe on a different day and a different order I will be able to appreciate it. At the end it's really the second visit that made me decide there will not be a third. The tapioca was shockingly soggy and overly soft and just didn't taste freshly made. It also makes the tea murky and the texture was unpleasant. I was really hungry and normally everything should taste better when people are hungry so I can't imagine how it would have been if I was full. I was in a rush or I would have gone back to the shop to ask for a refund. The worst $10 I spent all year.
Tasty, good flavour/strength of tea. Not very convenient without a lid. Tried the Chahlo Black Milk Tea Frappe, warm. It included a heaping whip cream and pecans on top. Flavour was really good, strong tea flavour. The staff were courteous, and confirmed I am OK with pecans before adding it. Would have preferred less cream and a lid for more convenient travel. Loved the crunchy pecan bits on top.
I'm not usually a fan of places like this, but my girlfriends absolutely love them. We came here on a recommendation from one of our friends, and I ended up ordering a jasmine green tea just to join in. The quality and taste were amazing! Definitely recommend it.
Great spot to just chill and drink. I was super happy with my order and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are about 7 different boba/bubble tea shops around this plaza so you have plenty to choose from if you’re in the mood!
I drove all the way from Newmarket to participate in the Chinese Hanfu event. If you wear Hanfu to their store, you get a free drink. I wore my Hanfu and went to their store, and they told me I don’t qualify because I wore a shirt underneath. I don’t know what their standard is for this, but I’m pretty upset about this. 玩不起就别玩！拉黑了 after owner’s reply———————————— 首先，您的员工没有跟我说是我不符合你们的规定是因为裤子的原因。她们只跟我说我里面穿了衣服才不符合规定。 其次，你们的宣传海报也没有说里面不可以穿衣服。 你们没有清楚的把活动规则公开的写出来。而我看了你们的宣传海报去到了你们的店里。一个月送1000杯，你们这次活动肯定是亏本的。 但是你们既然选择举办这个活动，你们有责任把所有的活动规则，限制写清楚。 既然你们没有把这些写清楚，你们这个活动相当于把客户误导，而我是因为看到了你们的宣传海报而到你们店。这个让我的客户体验非常的差。你们这种是属于欺骗性的营销行为。 如果说你们把条款都写清楚了，而我自己没有看清楚条款，并穿了不符合你们活动的衣服而领不到奶茶，我不会那么生气。 你们如果需要律师去帮你们写活动的条款和条件。我可以给你们介绍。 最后还是那一句，玩不起就别玩了。
