Came in and ordered the noturious Crème Brûlée…. Was my first time trying it, and I can confidently say it lived up to all the hype!! Service was efficient and welcoming aswell, the cashier with pink hair that rung me up was charming and had an infectious smile. :))
Machi Machi North York is THE cutest spot everrr From the aesthetic setup to the adorable seating and Photo Booth moments, it’s a full-on vibe!! We had the mochi redbean brulee matcha (literally tastes like a cozy hug), the mango matcha (sweet + earthy perfection), and the mango slush (summer in a cup). Such a cute place to chill, sip and snap! ? Follow @sippinginsix for more cute café finds and aesthetic reviews!

I am not a stranger to this store's staff, I come here to buy drinks very often, Usually, the Vietnamese girl serves very well, but tonight I had a horrible experience when I was served by a strange staff member (she was very young, wearing heavy makeup and eyelashes). I ordered 2 drinks, a strawberry and milk tea. Still, my milk tea was very bad because the pearls were too hard, I just told the staff that the pearls were too hard, she immediately told me that the drink was made and could not be returned without an apology, even though I never asked for a return, I was very angry and asked to meet the store manager, she told me there was no manager, I asked for the store manager's phone number, she said she didn't have one, I wondered what this meant? Does the owner of the store hire employees to do whatever they want? I left the shop but was very upset, I called the shop hoping to talk to the manager, Luckily the Vietnamese employee answered the phone, and I explained the story to her, She told me to come back to get my money back. Through this story, I suggested to the shop owner that they should train their staff to serve well before contacting customers, because in this competitive era there are millions of tea shops operating, customer service is one of the most important things, before ending I did not forget to thank the Vietnamese employee for helping me get justice.
Great selection and the panna Cotta bottle drinks are very good. There's also seating nearby which is pretty empty after the other businesses are closed. Just a bit too pricey for me to go back often but taste is good.
We ordered their famous drink, the crème brûlée bubble tea, and it was amazing. I forgot to mix it before drinking, and once I did halfway through, it tasted a thousand times better. When we first walked into the store, there was a strange smell that made it a bit hard to stay in, but after a few minutes, we got used to it. I’m not sure where the smell came from, but regardless, we loved our drinks and I can’t wait to go back and order it again.
I am very disappointed with this purchase experience. I bought six drinks and redeemed one of them. However, I couldn’t earn any points in this purchase cause I did a redemption. The staff (Kaitlyn) should inform the customer about this before he/she making any purchases!! This encounter has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and unsatisfied. I will never come back again.
