The store was freezing cold inside, like a damn freezer. There were no customers, and the moment I walked in, the staff looked annoyed, as if I was disturbing their break. Not friendly, not helpful at all. No wonder nobody comes here.
Nice location hidden coming down busy 404. I come mostly evenings after work. I prefer their fruity flavours, and always got paired with chewy aloe. Staff are generally helpful and eager to offer their drinks :)
Absolutely loved their oreo drink! The lady who took my order was very sweet and patient in explaining to me how the drinks are like. Would definitely recommend!
I am a regular customer of Kung Fu Tea in this location because my office is nearby. I'm familiar with the drinks. I used to like their chewy brown sugar pearls. However, starting from this few weeks, the pearls are not chewy anymore. They have become overly soft. It's just like the pearls that have been overcooked or not stored properly. Although the staff is always nice here, the drinks quality is the key affecting my experience. I'm truly disappointed with it and will not recommend this store to others anymore.

July 30th @ 21:25 I’ve been ordering Pearl Cheese Milk Ice cream with coffee jelly in it then when I ordered from this store again the girl refused to add any additional toppings in it and said they never do it but as you can see in the picture, they’ve made this drink for me before. Also, the drinks we ordered Pearl Cheese Milk Ice cream and Oreo Black Warrior were both bland.
One of the best BBT joints in town. Good service and authentic taste. As a Taiwanese who loves BBT, id highly recommend this place. Bonus - they have good bubble waffles
