I've been here countless times. Always excellent service. Pickup and order is so easy. There is very very limited seating. More of a grab and go place. My go to drinks are anything fruity teas. The tapioca is on point here. Would be back again for sure. A++++
I never had any issues with this location but today, around 8:30pm when I went to grab some tea with my friends, I ordered Pearl Latte with Lactose Free Milk, and when I had the first sip, I immediately tasted sour, expired milk. You really need to check your stock items...
I ordered a drink (reg) and they handed me one (large) almost immediately. When I checked the label, it was clearly someone else’s order that had been sitting there for about 30 minutes. It was 8:21 and I ordered around 8:55 .I told the staff, “This is not my order,” but the guy insisted, “That’s yours, I just made it.” Even the cashier face looked uncomfortable because it wasn’t true. LOL next time atleast remove the label so it will be a little bit believable . You can even tell because the ice and ice cream already melted .
Had an amazing experience here! It was my first time here and I wasn’t sure what to order, but the staffs were super friendly and patient, taking the time to walk me through the menu and explain everything. The bubble tea they made was honestly the best I’ve had in Toronto — perfect taste and texture. Great service highly recommend!
I went to this location last night after traveling for 20 minutes since it was the only place open late. When I arrived, I found the store to be really messy and untidy, with boxes and stuff piled up next to the counter. The staff didn’t seem interested in working; they didn't greet me or say a single word. When I ordered, there was no lactose-free milk available, so I had to get regular milk instead. It tasted terrible, like a mix of milk and sugary pearls. It was nothing special and was very different from the GREYSTONE branch. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.
Most horrible service I’ve received from Kung Fu Tea. Starting from the second I walked in up to receiving my order, the two staff did not say a single word to me. There was no greeting, no asking what I wanted to order, not even a smile. The two staff (one female who took my order and one male that helped make the drink) seemed annoyed that I walked in on them sitting down and resting, offered no smile and no “hello” but they chatted quite happily amongst themselves. Will not visit again. Drinks are good like always but terrible service.
ordered brown sugar milk tea and it tasted like straight milk. when i asked if they could fix the drink and add more brown sugar they said no. my friend also ordered regular milk tea and same thing, just tastes like yours drinking milk. never been to a boba shop where they didnt accommodate, especially considering they recommended the drink.
