The customer services was excellent. They took my order without any trouble. I usually go here all the time and they always get my drink orders right and perfect.
A young man about a week ago was quite nice to me as I picked up my order and I thought this was a good place but yesterday I attended this location and 2 ladies (a short chubby one and then another Asian one) were quite rude, as I tried to get my drink. I don't understand the callous nature and the lack of customer service. I'm just going to avoid interacting with the ladies here...
The Japanese employee was very kind; she was exceptionally patient with me while I was deciding what to order. She helped me with my order because I rarely get anything here.
Come here after class all the time. The staff are always friendly and the drinks are great. Dora is always super nice and gives great recommendations, the new creme brûlée milk tea drink is really good!
Love this place!!! It’s always clean and the workers are always so nice, sweet and super quick! Dora served me and my friends today and she was so friendly and accommodating!
I really like bubble tea here and I come here every week. Would recommend you to come on Wednesday for Matcha Berry Latte, it's only around $11 for two large drink. It's a good deal for bubble tea lover like me
It takes 8 years and 45 business days to make 1 drink. They take their sweet time making drinks. It's a busy location so they should hire people who actually have experience working somewhere fast paced. People have places to go. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get a drink when there's only 2-3 other people waiting. That is absolutely ridiculous.
