We came here for their “blind box” keychains and the place was very clean. Service was super quick and bubble tea tasted great. My sister got the keychain that she wanted which was boa boa, super cute!
25c for a bag is a no problem with me. The way the cashier said made me feel bads after getting my order and asking for a bag. Please give her a soft training again about how to connect with customers. Thank you!
Drinks are ok, but the store definitely needs more staffs. Its always so busy, the line is long, so many customers are waiting for 15 minutes just for ordering. The store is so busy all time but only 2 staffs only on floor so the progress always so slowww. Besides, customer service also should be improved.
I come to this location every few weeks and their drinks are soooo good! Their staff is kind and super efficient in making drinks, even during their busier moments. Will definitely be back for their Chatime Triple :)
Brought my kids for a tea at this location . my son doesnt like the tapioca and my daughter does so I asked politely to put the tapioca from my son drink that comes with it in to my daughter drink that it was extra because my son doesn't like it they say its not allowed so it will be extra charge for the toping for my daughter drinks. i find this so abusive why is not allowed . Why do they have to charge you extra, i paid 16dls + for 2 drinks From now on I will go somewhere else
I go to this place almost every week. This is the best Chatime in Toronto. The atmosphere is very pleasing and chill, which is what lures me back there every week. The guy that works there “B” is a veryyyy cool guy, I hope the manager sees this because he sure does deserve a raise! I would recommend anyone to go to this specific Chatime. (P.S. I think I need a designated parking spot)
I love me some good Chatime bubble tea to cheer me up and satisfy my bbt cravings. I've ordered from this location twice in the past month, as it's the closest to me. Needless to say, I'm disappointed with the quality of drinks and the service I've received from the team. On my first visit, I walked in and ordered 6 drinks for my family. I had a hard time understanding/hearing the staff who took my order; they seemed very distracted and out of it, and quite frankly, they looked unhygienic (They were scratching everywhere, including inside of their hoodie!). The music was way too loud (It felt like I was at a club) They also made a mistake on one of the drinks - they added sea salt crema on my brown sugar pearl oat milk. I specifically told them that I'm a vegan and that I didn't want the foam. I had to ask them to remake my drink. The second time I ordered, I placed my order online. This time, they did not seal the cup properly, the drink (Chocolate Malt Milk Tea) spilled inside the bag. I had to drink what's left from the cup, as a quarter of the tea spilled. Perhaps there's a way to seal the cups better/more secure so they don't spill. I'll probably take my time and not come back for a bit; drinks and service were lackluster and underwhelming.
