Really fast and great customer service from this Chatime! Got my drinks really fast and had nice conversations with the workers. Got the mango tea with pearls and it was very good.
bought four drinks, gave me a tray that looked like that and one of the drinks didn’t even close properly. 2 drinks ended up falling. Just wasted money buying drinks we couldn’t even enjoy properly.
Decent local chatime - clean and fast making drinks. Customer service always polite and patient, even when the groggy late night bubble tea cravings hit. Parking can sometimes be terrible due to fewer spots. Pulling out of that parking nook into exit and turning left towards Lawrence will be super annoying during peak times - especially the dinner rush hour.
Came to Chatime yesterday and again today, both times I was helped by the same girl, and she was super friendly. She helped me pick a drink I loved, and my order was ready really fast both times. Great service and chill vibes!
Stood at the counter for 5 minutes. Neither worker acknowledged us or let us know they were busy and would take our order shortly. So decided to leave.
These guys are quick, efficient, and great with customer service! They got all of our drinks correct and they were all delicious. The location is conveniently tucked in near Shops at Don Mills and really easy to get to. I will be back!
This is my favourite Chatime location due to its proximity to Shops at Don Mills and Coffee Queen. This month they are offering daily specials (Aug 2023) which are pretty good value - about $1 to $2 in savings per day. The staff are nice, the store is clean and they offer a good selection of BakeCode items if you are looking to munch.
