The black girl was EXTREMELY SLOW. Ordered on the app 10 minutes ahead of time and she just started making it when i came to pick up. One of my drinks doesnt have tapiocas
Was here in the early morning waiting on someone. The staff was playing throwback Maroon 5. Even though no drink was bought or drank, this made my wait a lot more enjoyable :)
This is not your typical Chatime location. From the decor, to the elevated customer service standard, this was a top of the line bubble tea experience! The staff took the time to smile, and connect with us, offering suggestions and recommendations where appropriate. You can tell they had both passion and experience.
went there awhile back and ordered a creme brûlée brown sugar boba and cheesecake, (it was super yummy)…the staff were sooo friendly and warm!!! felt like i was talking to the homies. will def be going back :3

Shout out to Dillon and Jayden for an excellent job making my drinks. Not only were the drinks great but the customer service was fantastic. They were very outgoing and friendly. Exactly what I expect at a mall like Yorkdale. Kudos to you guys!
First time I've been to this location, has many new flavours not available elsewhere. Tried the guava lychee dragonfruit green tea which was excellent. Just note it's take out only with no seating.
