Would have given it 3-4 stars instead of two, but the cashier handed me a bag and told me to bag my four drinks. I replied to him and said this is the first time I’ve ever experienced this. Also, while he paused my order when an uber eats order came in.
The employees here are really nice and kind :D. Sometimes they don't have drinks or ingredients due to shipment not coming in but employees here kindly apologize and offer a different drink and are also very friendly and welcoming!
The staff here is amazing and this Coco is consistently the best tasting location in the GTA (I have been to many other locations including downtown and Eglinton). I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about. Sure it can get busy but Kumar and Darren are amazingly fast and the popularity is only a testament of the quality of their drinks
This place is pretty consistent and most of the staff are nice. I dock a star because everything I'm there they play inappropriate music and there's lots of kids that come in.
Advertising 2 for $9 special on selected drinks, great promotion! Wanted to get 3 guys option, BUT - I see that they had a handwritten note saying there's no grass jelly, okay, understandable. So, I ask can I just get it with no grass jelly and EVEN LESS tapioca. (Keep in mind, I'm not asking for more toppings or a change in toppings, I'm asking for EVEN LESS tapioca) But one of the guys said they can't do that. I've done it before at this location multiple times with no issues. Not asking for anymore toppings than what is given. So this was a surprise for me and a turn off to buy something. It's like a burger place offering a special on a lettuce, tomato, and bacon burger - but then not giving you the special because you say you don't want the bacon on it. Does that make sense? No it doesn't. Don't understand why they couldn't honor a simple subtraction of toppings that benefits in their favour. I'll take an extra detour to another location for some common sense.
Fast and friendly service. The cashier was very patient and helpful when we were indecisive with ordering. The drinks had a good amount of toppings and was delicious
Front cashier was so un happy ,moody, the way she talked like not friendly at all. Come on your at food service you should approach nicely to your costumer. I bought 3 drinks how can i carry she don't even give me tray to hold my drinks. Service was really really bad. You should train your people how to approach costumer not to hate your costumer. Please take an action.
