It's a cafe in between Finch TTC station and North York Center TTC station and I absolutely love it! Especially their Hot chocolate! Absolute treat and also friendly staffs!
The drinks here are terribly sweet even after asking for less sugar. Everything tastes too artificial and the drink curdled with the coconut milk. Both drinks were hard to consume and we ended up throwing out.
We had a lovely time at Don’t Yell at Me, everyone was super nice and their drinks were amazing. The manager Dan was very friendly and supportive. Definitely coming back.
Great boba store in North York! The interior is bright, clean, and welcoming, making it a comfortable spot to hang out or study for a bit. The staff were friendly, and the service was quick even during peak times. The drinks were delicious perfectly balanced sweetness and lots of flavor options to choose from. There’s a good number of seats available for a boba shop, though they might fill up quickly during busy hours, so coming a bit early is a good idea. Overall, a really solid spot for bubble tea lovers in the area definitely worth checking out.
Okay, first things first: the name cracks me up. “Don’t Yell At Me”? Don’t worry, after trying their drinks I had zero complaints to yell about. The Strawberry Smoothie with Cheese Cream Top was a standout. The strawberries were fresh and vibrant, not artificial, and the cream top added this luscious, slightly salty layer that balanced the sweetness perfectly. Every sip felt like dessert in a cup, but without being heavy. The Taro Milk was velvety smooth with that signature nutty-earthy flavour taro lovers crave. What I loved most was how natural it tasted: creamy but not cloying, and just sweet enough to keep you going back for more. The Roselle Honey Chrysanthemum Tea was the most refreshing of the bunch: light, floral, and slightly tangy from the roselle, mellowed by the honey. It had this calming, almost spa-like quality that made it perfect for unwinding. The vibe of the café matched the drinks: artistic, thoughtful, and full of personality. Each cup felt crafted with intention, not just thrown together. It’s the kind of spot where every drink tells its own little story. DYAM really is where art, imagination, and passion meet. Besides, the only yelling you’ll do here is convincing your friends to join you. Highly recommended! Lots of cool decorations with neon lights, lots of space to sit and relax inside. The drink isn’t really what I expected, the oolong tea with cheese top is just mostly oolong tea, and I couldn’t really taste the cheese top until the end. I wish on the menu they have a milk tea drink that comes with cheese top, I definitely would want to get a drink like that.
Don’t Yell at Me is such a cute little spot with a fun vibe. I tried the Tiramisu Tea Latte, and it honestly felt like dessert in a cup creamy, rich, and so comforting. The Osmanthus Tea Latte was lighter and floral, really refreshing. Both drinks were beautifully presented and felt unique compared to other tea places. It’s definitely a nice place to relax and sip something different.
