I ordered the Matcha Coconut Refresher. We look at the ads and think it come with coconut milk, and they gave us a drink doesn't look like the pic on the menu. We asked the staffs but they said it only has coconut chunk... it looks and tasted so bad. And they didn't solve the problem and we feel terrible.
first time visit there. It was such a nice experience. Harpreet kaur was so polite and gentle while taking my order. drink was so good.I would recommend everyone to visit there.
Haven't had their bubble tea, but the egg waffles are very yummy. I would not get it with tapioca personally as it doesn't blend well with the rest, but the ice cream is a must have topping.
Quick service and I like they have specials going on. They also have a bunch of crazy flavours, definitely have to try their bubble waffle coned ice cream next time. I highly recommend the yakult special. Update: got the matcha bubble waffle with vanilla ice cream. So freaking good! Just wish there was one more scoop of ice cream in and it would be perfect. Great alternative to bang bang ice cream downtown if you don't want to make the trip.
As a first timer to try Kung Fu, I did not enjoy their bubble teas. I ordered take-out the Brown sugar pearl and Taro milktea which I normally order from any tea stores. I was disappointed coz it did not even taste close to what I expected. Total waste of money. I will try other Kung Fu stores and see if this is really the quality of their teas or it might be just the staff's lack of training. I would come back for their egg waffles though. The best one so far! So 2 stars for that. Their washroom is at the back and you would need to ask for the key at the counter. It's located in a busy plaza so parking can be challenging.
Refused to honour Christmas countdown deal because they "were not participating" even when advertised on the Kung Fu Tea Instagram across locations and ALSO the store had a graphic IN-STORE with the Holiday promos. Drove to the store because it was supposed to only be an "in-person deal". Unsatisfactory customer service, would not return and do not recommend this location again. There are better bubble tea alternatives in the area.
The staff at this Kung Fu Tea location are super friendly and welcoming and helped me decide on what to order! I tried their egg waffles for the first time and can not stop thinking about it. The aesthetic of this location is gorgeous and I will definitely be coming back to try out the rest of the items on the menu. Highly recommend this location for your go to bubble tea store!!
