We’ve used the service for years. They are committed to an excellent customer experience. A few years ago, they actually drove across the city at rush hour to deliver my drapes. Always polite and helpful even if you forget to leave your bag out on your pick up day.
We have had Direct-To-Home provide our dry cleaning needs for many years and have always had positive results. As well as our clothing, we have outdoor drapes that are very long, and after a summer of racoons playing on them, are filthy. They come back every time good as new! I highly recommend Direct-To-Home. I also really like the recorded reminder call we get every week to put out anything we have.
We have been using Direct to Home for several years and they have always been consistently great. My only suggestion would be that they offer payment via ETransfer as writing a cheque these days seems archaic. Other than that, their service is top notch.

I have been using this service for about 5-6 years and I can't imagine getting my dry cleaning done any other way. I put my clothes out Tues morning in the laundry bag supplied, and the dry cleaned clothes are dropped off the next day, and the services are billed to my credit card monthly. Simple. No driving to those small, congested dry cleaners parking areas, no snow, no rain etc. Also if I end up missing my pick up day and I need a special pick up, they are always happy to accommodate. They also take back the hangers, so they are helping the environment :-). Craig Holmes
