I gave a suit with a couple of stains on it. He charged me nearly $30 and after a week told me nothing can be done as the stains were well set in. I went home and used a little bit "Shout laundry stain remover" and without much rubbing the stains easily came out . Obviously I was lied to, he didn't do anything and I was taken for a ride. Never going to this place again.
My go-to dry cleaning and alternation place. The owners are very friendly and their turnaround time is quick. I love how I can easily access them from the subway station and Yonge street. Highly recommend!
I had 8 shirts wash/pressed here for the first time and 4 of them came back with stains and damage to the fabric. I’m shocked. I’m going to go in and ask what happened but it’s the holidays and I won’t have time until the new year. Brand new Egyptian cotton shirt with damage on it from the servicing. I’m really shocked.
