Great service, and after looking around at other options for dry cleaning and an alteration to a suit, the best prices I found anywhere in the area. Next day / express dry cleaning service didn't cost extra as long as you get it there early enough in the morning. Owner was very patient and helpful. Wish I had known about this place years ago...

This dry cleaner truly opened my eyes — $85 to clean a pair of shoes, took an entire month, and guess what? They came back just as dirty as when I dropped them off. The owner confidently promised to either clean them again or give me a refund. Silly me, I actually believed him. Second pickup? Same filthy shoes. I politely pointed out the obvious stains, and he looked me dead in the eye and said, “I don’t see anything.” Then came the customer service quote of the year: “If you want your money back, go to court.” Absolutely stunning. Cleaning? Not their strength. Arrogance? World-class. Who needs clean shoes when you get such an unforgettable attitude for free?
Very unhappy with this place, my first time and will not ever go back due to extremely poor service and lack of professionalism. I have no idea how he is still in business . Zero star .
Don’t go to this dry clean store !!! They ruin my white Canada goose . Here is the photos! They dye my Canada goose into blue. And the owner didn’t take the responsibility! You can see the difference through the pictures. The fur one is the jacket’s original colour. The whole jacket become a wired blue white. And the clothes is still dirty too. This is the worst dry cleaning store and worst service
Had the gentleman just give me a price or price range on the phone i would have gone there. He was quick to end the call and that's fine. But he ended the business before it began. Good luck!
